At RÜUT Naturals, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Due to the nature of our Eco-friendly and personal-use products, such as natural soaps, loofahs, incense, and refill cleaning pods, returns cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern and work to find a suitable solution.
